George Webb's Indio - Part One
Solving Danny Casalaro's Octopus Mystery - And The Rest Of Real History Since 1974
Netflix has now popularized the subject of Danny Casalaro’s murder with its new series, “American Conspiracy—The Octopus Murders.” Unfortunately, Netflix is a very powerful entertainment platform, but Netflix made a very poor documentary that avoids the evidence at every turn and simply creates confusion in its wake.
In response to the frustration this Netflix documentary series has caused, many of my X/Twitter researchers/followers and those on Substack have asked me to collate all the research our researchers have done over the last eight years under one Substack regarding the Danny Casalaro murder and his book, “The Octopus.”
I have begun this process to right the wrongs of the Netflix “documentary,” but I hope to do so much more in this historical Substack. I hope to shed light on the actual, very small conspiracy at the most powerful levels of our government over the last fifty years.
Our findings were simple - Casalaro found Kissinger, Rumsfeld, and Cheney were supplying Anthrax to Saddam Hussein in Iraq’s decade-long war with Iran, and Rumsfeld especially feared Saddam using that same Anthrax on US troops during the first Gulf War because of the blowback would uncover that gross violation of the Geneva Convention.
Readers have registered shock and dismay at how Netflix could tangle up what I thought our researchers presented reasonably clearly and straightforwardly. Casalaro was killed because he knew about Anthrax in Iraq. No, Netflix would have none of that.
But then again, it makes perfect sense to me why the Intelligence Agencies would want to sponsor Netflix to turn the true Casalaro Pulitzer story into a tangled mess - plausible deniability.
We will present information that Danny Casalaro discovered that Donald Rumsfeld and, specifically, Dick Cheney had supported the use of Anthrax in the Iraq War versus Iran, and this led to his murder in August of 1991.
We will present how we discovered this information over a series of what we call news gathering “charrettes,” news-sharing events where six to twelve people come together to share information and intensively research news topics.
By contrast, Netflix presents a lone conspiracy theorist in his garage piling up banker boxes full of clippings of everything imaginable with red conspiracy yarn strung all over his walls. Occasionally, someone gives the conspiracy theorist a ride to town in the Netflix documentary.
Netflix never mentions the words Kissinger, Rumsfeld, or Cheney. Yet, we know this real Kissinger-Rumsfeld-Cheney conspiracy used false flags to create two twenty-year wars that only turned people we don’t know on the other side of the world into mortal enemies of the United States.
Instead, we get a tangle of circles of huge agency names connected to even more historical intelligence agency names in a swirl of conspiracy oblivion, all set to spine-tingling music.
By contrast, we have specifically conducted three of our Learning Man newsgathering “charrettes,” for interaction with crossreferencing, validating, and verifying facts.
These newsgathering “charrettes” last a week to ten days and involve eight or more citizen journalists in nearby Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, where Danny Casalaro died. We have done over ten Learning Man “charrettes” on the Kissinger BioAgents road from Ft. Detrick, Maryland, to Piketon, Ohio.
Again, these are groups of six to twelve researchers meeting and crossreferencing a week or more at a time, not a lone conspiracy theorist stringing red yard everywhere in his garage.
I need to jazz up the Kissinger BioAgents Highway, managed by Deputy Richard Armitage and then understudy Dick Cheney, to “sell” the story like Netflix. Below is my humorous attempt to “jazz up’ the story, but in fact, the real fact finding is not very exciting. (The map below is not to scale or accurate, but the Kissinger BioAgents Map does outline the key cities we will be discussing: Frederick, Maryland, and Martinsburg, West Virginia).
The key point here is that our story takes place between two well-defined points—Frederick, Maryland, and Columbus, Ohio, the path of “wet anthrax” traveling to become weaponized anthrax. The tale of Rumsfeld and Cheney’s Anthrax happens between these two points. By contrast, the names of Kissinger, Rumsfeld, and Cheney are rarely mentioned in passing in the Netflix documentary, and these cities and places are central to the real story. Below are a few pictures of the many visits to Ft. Detrick in Frederick, Maryland, for interviews and charrettes.
For starters, I will mention how our researchers “got out of their basement” or their garage in the case to interview the people involved in bioagent production and attend the courtroom trials of the people involved in WMD transportation in the story in Frederick, Maryland. What a concept instead of Netflix showing garage wall scrawls of red conspiracy yarn.
At Transportation Logistics, a WMD transporter from Frederick, Maryland, with Journalist Jenny Moore, AKA Task Force, an ex-detective from Tracey, California.
I made countless trips to Frederick, Maryland, with my deceased research partner, Jenny Moore, an ex-cop from California, who interviewed families of police and fire responders who had died suddenly responding to emergencies at Ft. Detrick.
I did another “jazz it up” bioagent map version for Kissinger's Deputy Secretary of State, Richard Armitage’s Bio Way, to emphasize the place names on Casalaro Road to compete with the Netflix Art Department, but you get the idea.
We dubbed this highway as Kissinger’s BioAgents Highway between Washington, DC, and Battelle National Laboratory locations in Frederick, Maryland, and Piketon, Ohio.
Below are some photos we took of the Battelle nuclear operations facility in Piketon, Ohio. The Anthrax aerosolizing operations occur a little to the north in Columbus, Ohio. Our research group even created Bioweapons Playing Cards to encourage Trump to cancel Fort Detrick while he was President.
I want you to see the hole our researchers burned into the highway researching this bioagents story. The WMD stores in Piketon, Ohio, were used again and again by Kissinger, Rumsfeld, and Cheney to create decades-long wars in Iraq and Afghanistan with the fruits of their false flag transgressions.
Top Secret Security Clearances allow any type of WMD to be hidden behind these walls, including Bioagents.
My research partner, Jenny Moore, AKA Task Force, had whistleblowers inside the WMD complex who said the transition to bioweapons away from nuclear weapons had started at US National Laboratories even before the Soviet Union fell in 1991, the year of Danny Casalaro’s murder.
George Webb and the Research Road show goes to Piketon, Ohio again.
George Webb began researching missing uranium in Piketon, Ohio, when workers dying from plutonium poisoning told him highly enriched uranium from Russia was getting there in a program called MegaTons to MegaWatts. This Russian highly enriched uranium was diverted to Iran for the Iran Nuclear Deal, with considerable kickbacks to the DNC through a John Podesta company called ARMZ based in Moscow.
Piketon played a vital role in the later Iran nuclear deal, but my research partner, Jenny Moore, an ex-cop from California whom I nicknamed Task Force, had contacts here that maintained bioagents bound for Saddam were stored here as well.
This bioagent knowledge was fundamental to changing my mind about Piketon as a place to store uranium and the role of an Agency known as the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) that controls WMD transportation. DTRA will play a part in our research over the coming eight years. Task Force’s contacts opened my mind to the possibility that bioagents on the Iraqi shipping dock could be shipped out of Columbus and Piketon.
Our researchers had three news-gathering charrettes in the Piketon area and three more in Wheeling, West Virginia. Wheeling served as a meeting point for me, coming from Washington, DC, and our researchers in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Columbus, and Michigan.
Trust me, during our ten Learning Man charrettes in this Bioweapons Corridor from Columbus to DC, we burned a hole in the highway, cleaned up many campgrounds, and shared bunkhouses.
Lastly, here's one more cartoon map for the Cheney BioAgents railroad so you can remember the three key players: Kissinger, Armitage, and Cheney.
I feel I can have a little fun with the maps because I am poking fun at the Netflix series at the same time. Maybe the Netflix path is more entertaining to present information in a circuitous route that spins off into irrelevancy after irrelevancy, so I added a little curve to a straight shot from Washington, DC to Columbus, Ohio.
(Again, these maps are nowhere near accurate, but now you won’t forget two of the most important cities: Frederick, where the “wet anthrax” comes from, and Martinsburg, where Danny Casalaro discovered the secret of Anthrax being dried for Saddam Hussein in Columbus, Ohio, at Battelle Labs. Our researchers had a total of seven news gathering “charrettes” in this area, which usually consisted of a group of six to twelve people meeting for a week to ten days of research.
The donut to the left is Martinsburg, WV, and the donut to the right is Federick, but we held most of our news gathering charrettes in between in Harpers Ferry or Antietam for their Civil War history and charm.
I have also visited the hotel in Martinsburg, WV, where Casalaro was on numerous research trips. In the five years I was in DC, there was a $6 train from DC, so I could make several additional trips to Martinsburg, where Danny died.
Again, all the road miles and shoe leather pay off from talking to the people along the way who were in the bioagents game long after Casalaro’s death rather than staring at the same news clippings in a garage for decades, reconnecting dots with red conspiracy yarn.
We have also had three Wheeling, West Virginia charrettes, at which much of the discussion and research focused on Casalaro and “The Octopus.” In addition, we have done over seven California new gathering charrettes where we have covered the Casalaro “Indio” and “Cabazon” research, so we have a great wealth of material there as well.
Don’t worry; we will cover the “Indio” clue left in Danny Casalaro’s left shoe as his dying message. But we present the crux of the Kissinger, Rumsfeld, and Cheney bioweapons story first, because that is what got Danny Casalaro killed.
We have a lot of material, but I am deciding to do a Substack because the current Netflix series on “American Conspiracy—The Octopus Murders” is so deliberately inconclusive that I had to do something. I have waited several months after the series came out, but I have just been approached by too many viewers of the documentary series who say they are more lost than ever. So we will clean up the mess that Netflix created, but in doing so, you will get the real story, not a concoction from Kissinger’s Deputy Secretary of State, Richard Armitage.
Our initial thesis eight years ago on Casalaro’s death has been straightforward - Casalaro discovered the CIA was using Native American Indian Reservations to conduct gun and drug running. And that initial thesis is still probably correct. But the drug and gun running is not what got Casalaro killed. My writer friends Dan Hopsicker and Wayne Madsen have covered the drug and gun running from Mena Airport for decades. Dan just died recently of cancer, and Wayne is still alive and well in Florida. No, Casalaro stumbled onto the Anthrax in Iraq, and he paid for it with his life.
In addition to gun and drug running, Casalaro also discovered the CIA was using Indian Nations for casino money laundering and even advanced DARPA weapons research, cloaked behind the secrecy of the US Federal laws not applying to sovereign Indian Nations. We will cover that as well in this series, but I will point again to Hopsicker and Madsen covering those activities in detail, and they were not killed for their reporting. I have reported on these topics for eight years, and I am not dead yet, either. But my partner knew the same bioagent’s secrets as Casalaro, and she died similarly in a lonely hotel room outside Washington, DC. I was in the same hotel that night, on a different floor.
Our research group’s thesis has been proven correct repeatedly over the last eight years, and the Netflix series seems to have the objective of undoing that work, so we must respond. Mischaracterizations of the PROMIS Software are just one example of a Netflix series that needs to be corrected for the record. I remember PROMIS as a national system that found convicts awaiting trial in other law enforcement jurisdictions through innovative lookups of suspects' body markings for tattoos and birthmarks.
The Netflix series also mixes in wacky, woo-woo research, making PROMIS software do everything from satellite uplinks to coordinating a massive interagency conspiracy of thousands of government operators. This PROMIS software “theory of everything” contradicts our on-the-ground, face-to-face interviews and my personal experience. These Netflix concoctions and panegyrics go far beyond the real CIA tentacles in bioagents into a baffling maze and conspiracy of almost every government agency into a deliberately bewildering mess.
No documentary series could have been accidentally constructed to be so disjointed, embracing every groundless conspiracy known to the internet regarding “The Octopus.” This series was a disaster by choice, not by accident.
The actual inner group of “The Octopus” is relatively small and easily accommodated by one large conference table at CIA Headquarters at Langley. You see from the slide below I did eight years ago, I never had a tangle of red conspiracy yarn or lots of agency logos in a spider diagram. I had just two guys, Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage acting of behalf of Henry Kissinger, Secretary of State, and Robert Maxwell, Mossad SuperSpy, also acting on behalf of Henry Kissinger for bioagents.
But the producers of this Netflix documentary want to hide you from Richard Armitage, Henry Kissinger, and Dick Cheney, instead preferring paper the walls with red yarn and conspiracy clippings. The Octopus Murders should include my deceased partner Jenny Moore because she did more actual bioagents research than Casalaro did. But Kissinger, Rumsfeld, and Cheney didn’t want that story told. They wanted a confusing mess to hide their legacy in bioweapons. Now Kissinger and Rumsfeld are gone, but Cheney lives on to obscure their dark history.
The reporter the Netflix series follows fills garages with banker boxes of meaningless and irrelevant trivialities, and he continually misses essential leads in pursuit of the CIA roots to the Octopus. The series spins around and around in a dizzy-headed swirl while never managing to say, Kissinger, Armitage, and Cheney.
The viewers are left with despair and disappointment at having wasted four hours of viewing time and hundreds of hours of research time, and researchers become even more confused than when they started watching the series. But, of course, that’s what the series is designed to do.
We mentioned Kissinger, Armitage, and Cheney ten times in our initial post here, and we haven’t even started. Your understanding of some of the key players in The Octopus is already superior to that of the millions who have watched the whole Netflix series combined with millions of wasted viewing hours.
Robert Maxwell was a key bioweapons player for Henry Kissinger and the PROMIS software, along with the country of the Netherlands for harboring dangerous Gain of Function bioweapons research at the Erasmus Lab.
So with that, welcome to George Webb’s “Indio - Solving The Danny Casalaro Octopus Mystery.” We know you are going to enjoy the series. The truth is even more captivating than the Netflix fiction.
We have visited the Kissinger Spy Schools, where Kissinger’s “school plays” were concocted.
Calling out Matt Pottinger for the US State Department Live Exercise for CoronaVirus in March 2020. Matt Pottinger, son of Stan Pottinger, was Kissinger’s closest aide for biowarfare.
I can't wait to read it all. This should be a book!
