Reporter Danny Casolaro discovered Donald Rumsfeld was supplying Iraq’s Saddam Hussein with Anthrax in Saddam’s War with Iran. In previous posts, we have covered the Hadron Collision of all the ex-Soviet scientists specializing in Anthrax. Hadron is the name of the company with the two too, ex-Soviet scientists that combines with the CIA’s Phoenix program Dr. Earl Bruce that Reporter Danny Casolaro wrote about extensively.
But Reporter Danny Casolaro didn’t know everything about Israeli SuperSpy Ari Ben-Menashe, even though Casolaro wrote extensively about his as well. Ari Ben-Menashe was also selling Anthrax to the Iranians to be sprayed on Iraq’s Republic Guard troops, the opposite side of the Iran-Iraq War the Rumsfeld was supplying Anthrax to.
And this omission in Iranian Anthrax knowledge may have led to his death in August of 1991 and SuperSpy Robert Maxwell's death in November 1991.
I have written extensively about the chemical and biological weapons provided to the Shah of Iran, most probably by the father of Peter Strzok during his Bell Helicopter days in Isfahan, Iran. Anthrax was not new to Iran’s weapons stockpile at the outbreak of the Iran Iraq War in 1980 which was an attempt to reverse the Iranian Coup in 1979.
Reporter Danny Casolaro only knew about the Hadron connection with Adnan Khashoggi selling Anthrax for Donald Rumsfeld to Saddam it appears from his writings. Given his mentions of Ari Ben-Menashe, Casolaro didn’t seem to realize Israel SuperSpy Ari Ben-Menashe had sold three retrofitted C-130 Hercules cargo transport planes for the exact same purpose to the Republic of Iran for the spraying of Anthrax.
Ari Ben-Menashe’s father and Menashe also had access to Pasechnik and Alibek’s Anthrax Sverlosk stores, so Hadron wasn’t the only Anthrax game in town.
Ari Ben Menashe’s father spent an extensive amount of time in the former Soviet Union, and he was a trained terrorist with the Stern Group in Israel. Ari Ben Menashe also trained extensively in explosives with Mossad.
Ben Menashe’s better-known counterpart in the Israeli Intelligence services is Robert Maxwell, father of Ghislane Maxwell, and Maxwell also had access to Anthrax stores in the Soviet Union through Pasechnik and Alibek.
With Maxwell’s access to the fallen Soviet Union’s Athrex stores, and history argues with itself as to whether it was Robert Maxwell or Ben Menashe who sold Iran its Anthrax. I argue here that it was the lower profile Ari Ben Menashe is who sold Iran its Anthrax, beginning with the evidence that Ben Menashe sold Iran three C-130 retrofitted cargo planes for the dispersal of Anthrax.
Some also credit Mossad SuperSpy Marc Rich with brokering Anthrax to Iran from the ashes of the former Soviet Union. I happened to be in Maxwell’s Czechoslovakia in 1990 and 1991, and these events took place around the topics and opportunities of brokering the spoils of the former Czech Republic, so I have taken a three-decade interest in these events.

But after thirty years of considering Robert Maxwell, Marc Rich, and Ben Menashe for former Soviet weaponry brokering, I have concluded the evidence points to Ari Ben Menashe as the key man in the Iran Anthrax story.
I will present evidence here that Ari Ben Menashe was the key may for arm sales to the Republic of Iran, also with an intimate knowledge of what the CIA was selling on Iraq side. He may be still involved in providing Iranian assassins for overseas operations like US elections.

But Ben Menashe knew that Danny Casolaro was on the Khashoggi Anthrax to Saddam story because Menashe had leaked parts of the story to the Iranians, but now Menashi feared Casolaro was on to Menashe selling the retrofitted C-130s for Anthrax spraying to the Iranians.

Israeli SuperSpy Menashe had two FBI agents from the Lexington, Kentucky office go to Martinsburg, West Virginia, to find out just how much Danny Casolaro knew about Iraq, Iran, and Anthrax.
The excerpt above is from Cheri Seymour’s “The Last Circle,” which contains essential metadata about Danny Casolaro's last night. But Bill Hamilton didn’t get the whole story, which excludes the arms dealings with Menashe with Iran.
Menasha is the key Farsi-speaking spy who put the Anthrax deals together with the c-130s for Iran in 1989. Later, he played the victim and acted as a whistleblower.
My work in Washington, DC, over five years, focused extensively on a biological weapons testing network all over the world, and Rumsfeld, Cheney, and Paul Wolfowitz were at the center of the controversy since 9/11 along with their Hezbollah go-between Dr. Ali Al-Attar.
This was nothing less than a Project For A New Anglo-America using selective bioagents for primarily the Middle East and Africa.
Rahm Emanuel used military-grade encryption for devices that created a shadow network on Capitol Hill for more than twenty years.
A covert arms contracting and donation network had been set up on Capitol Hill BEFORE 9/11 in 1999 by Rahm Emanuel for this person who had ties to Rafi Eitan, Ben Menashe, and other Middle East bioweapons dealers. Israel’s goal in this Anthrax endeavor was the eventual rollup of the Gaza and possibly the Arab West Bank settlements through a selective bioagent.
See my substack, “The Braverman Prophecy.”
I worked directly with an ex-cop turned investigator who worked on this case who I called Task Force. She directly visited with Al-Attar, a “doctor” planted by Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney, and Paul Wolfowitz after the Second Gulf War in Iraq.
Paul Wolfowitz of the Project for a New American Century was the key contact for Al-Attar. Donald Rumsfeld supplied both sides of the Iran-Iraq War with Anthrax at the behest of Henry Kissinger through Ft. Detrick scientist William Patrick III.
The Project for a New American Century is really the Project For A New American Empire with the help of a selective bioagent.
I pointed out Al-Attar on numerous occasions in my slide presentations in 2017 as the key bioagents man contacts for Hezbollah.

Al-Attar was placed directly in the Iraqi Health Services to retrieve the military health records of the Iraqi Republic Guard after the Second Gulf War.

Rumsfeld ordered the “shock and awe” carpet-bombing of downtown Bagdad to erase any trace of his Anthrax dealings with Iraq, but the Ministry of Health records were backed up away from Bagdad. Dr. Ali Al-Attar's health records contained the results of Iranian Anthrax spraying on the Iraqi military.
For more on Dr. Ali Al-Attar, see Awan Minutes To Midnight Substack
I am at the Substack limit here, but I will continue this Substack in future episodes about Ben Menashe and Adnan Khashoggi and their Anthrax dealings with Iran and Iraq on behalf of Henry Kissinger, Donald Rumsfeld, and Dick Cheney.
Anthrax has been used as a military killing tool for over a century. Germany used anthrax to kill horses in World War II by the hundreds of thousands.
Ben Menashe’s father was with the Stern Group, which sided with the Nazis in World War II and did terrorist bombing of British troops after World War II in Palestine.

During the Iran-Iraq War from 1980 to 1988, there is well-documented evidence that Iraq used chemical weapons against Iranian forces and Kurdish civilians. These chemical weapons included mustard gas and nerve agents like sarin and tabun. The use of chemical weapons by Iraq was confirmed by United Nations investigations and has been widely reported in historical accounts.
However, regarding biological weapons, there is no conclusive evidence to suggest that biological weapons were used by either side during the conflict. While Iraq had a biological weapons program—which was later confirmed by United Nations inspections after the Gulf War in 1991—there are no verified reports of biological weapons being deployed during the Iran-Iraq War.
Key Points:
Chemical Weapons Use: Iraq extensively used chemical weapons, violating international law.
Footnote 1: United Nations investigations confirmed Iraq's use of chemical weapons. [1]
Biological Weapons: No verified evidence indicates the use of biological weapons by either Iran or Iraq during the war.
Footnote 2: Post-war inspections found Iraq had a biological weapons program, but usage during the war wasn't substantiated. [2]

Conclusion:
While chemical weapons were tragically used during the Iran-Iraq War, there is no credible evidence to confirm the deployment of biological weapons in the conflict. Both international investigations and historical research support this assessment.
